All desks, workstations, monitors, keyboards, mice, phones, and desk surfaces at Gilead offices are wiped and disinfected. High-touch items including phone handsets, shared keyboards, and mice receive anti-microbial treatment. Desk clutter is worked around — we do not move personal items.

Office kitchen benchtops, sink, splashback, microwave interior and exterior, fridge exterior, stovetop, dishwasher exterior, and cabinet fronts are cleaned and sanitised. Bins are emptied and relined. The kitchen is one of the highest-touch areas in any Gilead office and is prioritised on every visit.

All office bathroom facilities are scrubbed and disinfected: toilets, basins, mirrors, tapware, hand rails, soap dispensers, paper towel dispensers, exhaust fans, and floor tiles. We restock consumables (soap, paper towels) if supplied by your Gilead office. Bathroom bins are emptied and relined.

All carpeted areas in the Gilead office are vacuumed including under desks and in corners. Hard floor areas — tiles, timber, vinyl — are mopped with appropriate cleaning solutions. High-traffic entry areas and corridors receive priority attention. Matting at entry points is vacuumed and cleaned.

Meeting room tables, chairs, whiteboard ledges, and AV equipment surfaces are wiped down after use. Reception desks, waiting area seating, coffee tables, and magazines are tidied and disinfected. Glass partitions and internal glass doors are cleaned streak-free on every visit.

All general waste bins are emptied and relined. Recycling bins are cleared. Cardboard and packaging is consolidated if accessible. General tidying — straightening chairs, aligning furniture after cleaning, and clearing obvious clutter from common areas — is included. Your Gilead office will be ready for staff the moment they arrive.
